Broadcast Analytics

Measure WhatsApp broadcasts in LeadPattern — the sent, delivered, read and failed numbers for each campaign, and how to read them to improve the next send.

Every broadcast you send reports back how it performed. Broadcast analytics show the journey of each campaign from your send button to the customer's screen, broken down by the four states WhatsApp reports: sent, delivered, read and failed.

The four numbers

Sent LeadPattern handed the message to WhatsApp for this recipient.

Delivered WhatsApp delivered it to the recipient's phone.

Read The recipient opened the message (when read receipts are available).

Failed The message couldn't be delivered — each failure carries a reason code.

Reading a campaign

1

Start with delivered

A high delivered rate means your audience and number are healthy.
2

Look at read

Low reads with high delivery usually point to the message content or timing, not deliverability.
3

Investigate failed

Open the failed messages to see the exact reason — the cause is almost always in the code.

Improving the next broadcast

  • Clean your audience so you're not sending to invalid or opted-out numbers.
  • Match the message to the audience — relevance drives reads and protects quality.
  • Mind your messaging limit on large sends.
