Schedule a Broadcast

Schedule a WhatsApp broadcast in LeadPattern to send at a future date and time, review it in the scheduled list, and cancel before it starts.

Instead of sending the moment it's ready, you can schedule a broadcast for a date and time that suits your audience — a morning send, a sale launch, a reminder the day before.

Schedule instead of send

1

Build the broadcast

Pick your audience, template and personalization as usual. See

Create a broadcast
2

Choose a send time

Instead of sending now, set the date and time you want the broadcast to go out.

3

Confirm

The broadcast is saved with Scheduled status and starts automatically at that time.

Review and manage scheduled broadcasts

Scheduled broadcasts and one-off scheduled messages appear together in a unified list so you can see everything that's queued to go out.

Active view

Shows items that are scheduled or processing — still to send or sending now.

Completed view

Shows items that have finished — completed, failed or cancelled.

Cancel a scheduled broadcast

You can cancel a broadcast while it is still scheduled — before it starts sending. Cancelling removes it from the queue so no messages go out.

What time zone is used for scheduling?

Broadcasts are scheduled against your workspace's configured time. Double-check the date and time before confirming, especially for audiences in other regions.

Can I edit a scheduled broadcast?

Cancel the scheduled broadcast and create a new one with the changes. This keeps the audience and content unambiguous.
