Shopify Integration
Connect your Shopify store to LeadPattern with a secure authorization, so store events can power your WhatsApp automations.
The Shopify integration links your Shopify store to LeadPattern so store events can flow into your WhatsApp workflows. The connection uses Shopify's secure authorization (OAuth), so you never share your admin password with LeadPattern.
Connect your store

Open Integrations
Go to the Integrations page in LeadPattern and choose Shopify.

Authorize with Shopify
You're taken to Shopify to approve the connection. Sign in and confirm the access LeadPattern is requesting.

Return to LeadPattern
After you approve, Shopify sends you back and the store shows as connected.

Confirm it's active
Once connected, your store begins sending events to LeadPattern as they happen.
What you can do with it
Once connected, store events can be used to reach customers on WhatsApp automatically — for example, sending a confirmation when an order is placed. Build these responses with a bot:
Troubleshooting the connection
- If the store doesn't show as connected, run the authorization again from the Integrations page.
- If events stop arriving, re-check the connection and confirm access hasn't been revoked in Shopify.
