Receive a Call
Answer incoming WhatsApp calls from customers in LeadPattern, and use bots to respond automatically when a call comes in.
When calling is enabled, customers can call your WhatsApp number and your team can answer from inside LeadPattern. You handle voice the same place you handle chat.
When a call comes in, a ringing card appears with the caller and Decline / Answer buttons:
Answer an incoming call
A call comes in
When a customer calls your WhatsApp number, LeadPattern notifies you of the incoming call.
Answer
Pick up to connect and speak with the customer in real time.
Wrap up
When the call ends, it's saved to your call history alongside your other calls.
Automate what happens on a call
You don't have to answer every call live. Bots can react to call events — for example, sending a message when a call comes in that you can't take.
A bot can trigger when a call arrives — for instance to send a "sorry we missed you, here's how to reach us" message.
On call permission grantedA bot can trigger when a customer grants call permission, so you can follow up at the right moment.
See Bot triggers for how to set these up.
