Add Your Team
Invite colleagues to your LeadPattern workspace and give them roles so everyone can work the shared WhatsApp inbox together.
LeadPattern is built for teams, so the next step is inviting the people who'll handle conversations. Each person gets their own login and a role that controls what they can do.
Invite your team

Open Team
Go to Team in the sidebar.

Invite members
Choose Invite, enter each person's details, and pick a role (for example Agent for front-line replies or Manager for broader access).

They join
Once invitees accept and sign in, they appear in your team list and can be assigned conversations.
