Plans & Subscriptions

How LeadPattern plans and subscriptions work — what a plan includes, the trial-to-active lifecycle, and what happens when a subscription lapses.

Your plan decides what your workspace can do — the features you can use and the limits you work within. Each workspace has its own subscription, so different workspaces can be on different plans.

What a plan includes

A plan bundles together the features and limits available to your workspace — things like how many team members you can add and which capabilities are switched on. When you subscribe, the terms of your plan are locked in for your subscription, so later changes to the plan line-up don't disrupt what you're already using.

The subscription lifecycle

1

Trial

Many workspaces start on a trial so you can explore LeadPattern before paying.
2

Active

Once you subscribe, your plan is active and all its features are available.
3

Grace

If a renewal isn't completed on time, a short grace period keeps things running while you sort it out.
4

Expired

If the grace period passes without payment, the subscription lapses and access is restricted.

Changing plans

You can move to a different plan as your needs change. When you switch to a higher plan, LeadPattern accounts for the value remaining on your current plan so you're treated fairly on the change.
