Roles & Permissions
Control what each LeadPattern team member can see and do using roles and granular permissions.
Every member of a LeadPattern workspace has a role. The role decides which parts of the product they can use and which actions they can take — so an agent handling chats doesn't accidentally change billing, and a manager can run broadcasts without being a full owner.
The built-in roles
Granular permissions
Beyond the role, LeadPattern uses granular permissions — individual switches like "send broadcasts" or "change the assigned agent". You can tailor a role by turning specific permissions on or off, or create a custom role that matches exactly how your team works.
