Create a Customer
Add a customer (contact) manually in LeadPattern — name, phone number and details — so you can message, tag and segment them.
In LeadPattern, the people you talk to are Customers (your contacts). You can add one by hand whenever you meet a new lead — just a phone number and a name are enough to get started.
