How to Search & Filter Conversations
Find any WhatsApp conversation in LeadPattern fast — search by name or number and filter by status, assignee, tag and custom fields.
As your inbox grows, search and filters keep it manageable. Search finds a specific contact; filters narrow the list to the conversations you care about right now.
Search
Use the search box above the conversation list to find a contact by name or phone number. Matching conversations appear as you type.
Filter
Combine filters to focus the list:
StatusOpen or closed conversations.AssignmentAssigned to me, unassigned, or assigned to a specific teammate.Awaiting replyConversations where the customer messaged last.Tags & custom fieldsEverything matching a tag or a custom attribute value.
