Create Your First Workspace
A workspace in LeadPattern holds one WhatsApp number, its team, contacts and settings. Learn how to create and switch workspaces.
A workspace is the container for everything in LeadPattern: one WhatsApp number, the team that works it, your contacts, templates, bots and settings. Most businesses start with one workspace; you can add more later (for example a separate Sales and Support workspace, each with its own number and team).
Create a workspace
Open the workspace picker
After signing in you land on your workspaces. Choose Create workspace (or the new-workspace button).
Name your workspace
Give it a clear name — often your business or department name, like "Acme Outdoor Co." or "Acme Support".
Continue to WhatsApp setup
The wizard then guides you to connect a WhatsApp number to this workspace.
Switching workspaces
If you belong to more than one workspace, open the workspace picker from the top of the app and select the one you want. Each workspace keeps its own conversations, contacts, team and notifications — nothing is shared between them.
