Track Broadcast Results

Track a WhatsApp broadcast in LeadPattern — sent, delivered, read and failed counts — and understand what each status means and how to act on failures.

After a broadcast sends, its results tell you how it performed. LeadPattern tracks each message through WhatsApp's delivery stages so you can see reach and spot problems.

Each broadcast shows sent / delivered / read / failed; click a stat to see those recipients.

The delivery stages

Sent

The message was accepted by WhatsApp and left LeadPattern on its way to the recipient.

Delivered

WhatsApp confirmed the message reached the recipient's device.

Read

The recipient opened the message. (Only counts when the recipient has read receipts on.)

Failed

The message couldn't be sent or delivered — each failure carries a reason code.

Reading failures

Every failed message carries a numeric error code explaining why. Common reasons include the recipient being outside the 24-hour window with an issue on the template, an invalid number, or a per-user messaging limit.

Look up the code

Each WhatsApp error code has a dedicated article. See

Acting on the results

  • High failures on one code? Fix the root cause — often the template or the audience — before re-sending. See Template status
  • Opted-out recipients are excluded up front, so they don't show as failures.
  • Re-engage readers by following up individually in the inbox. See Reply to a customer
