Workspaces

What a LeadPattern workspace is — one WhatsApp number with its own team and data — why businesses use several, and how to switch between them.

A workspace is your business's home in LeadPattern. Each workspace holds one WhatsApp number along with everything around it — the team, the conversations, the contacts, templates and settings.

What lives in a workspace

  • The connected WhatsApp number and its settings
  • The team — members and their roles
  • All conversations, contacts, tags and custom fields
  • Your templates, broadcasts, bots and analytics

Fully isolated

Each workspace is kept completely separate from every other. Members, conversations and data in one workspace are never visible from another. This keeps different numbers — or different brands, regions or business units — cleanly apart.

When to use more than one

Multiple numbers Each WhatsApp number you operate needs its own workspace.

Separate brands or regions Keep different brands, markets or departments cleanly separated.

Different teams Give each team its own space with its own members and roles.

Switching workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace picker to switch between them. Your view — inbox, contacts, analytics and everything else — changes to the selected workspace.

1

Open the workspace picker

Find it in the app's navigation.
2

Choose a workspace

Select the one you want to work in.
3

You're switched

The whole app now reflects that workspace's number, team and data.
