Integrations connect your other business tools to LeadPattern so events happening elsewhere can flow into your WhatsApp workflows. Today LeadPattern connects to two e-commerce platforms: Shopify and WooCommerce.

How integrations work

Connect from the Integrations page
Open the Integrations area in LeadPattern and choose your platform.

Authorize the connection
Shopify uses a secure authorization (OAuth) flow; WooCommerce connects with store credentials.

Events start flowing
Once connected, your store sends events to LeadPattern as they happen.

Automate the response
Use those events to trigger bots — for example, a WhatsApp message when an order is placed.
