Multi-Step Forms
Split a WhatsApp Flow across multiple screens in LeadPattern so longer forms stay easy to fill in and customers don't drop off.
A short form can live on one screen, but longer forms work better split into steps. A multi-step flow moves the customer through several screens one at a time, so they're never overwhelmed by a wall of fields.
Why split a form
A few fields per screen feels quick; twenty fields at once feels like homework.
Logical groupingGroup related questions — contact details on one screen, preferences on the next.
Higher completionSmall, clear steps keep customers moving to the end instead of abandoning the form.
