Create a Flow
Build a WhatsApp Flow in LeadPattern's flow builder — add screens and fields, then send the form to customers to collect structured answers.
You build a Flow in the flow builder, laying out the screens and fields a customer will fill in. This guide walks through creating one and sending it.
Build the flow
Open Flows and create a new one
Go to Flows and start a new flow. Give it a descriptive name so you recognize it when sending.
Add a screen
A flow is made of one or more screens. Start with a single screen for a short form.
Add fields
Add the inputs you want — text fields, choices, dropdowns and so on — for the information you need to collect.
Add more screens (optional)
For a longer form, split it across screens so customers aren't faced with everything at once. See Multi-step forms.
Save the flow
Save when you're happy with the layout. The flow is now ready to send.
Send the flow
Once built, you can put the flow in front of customers in two ways:
Send the flow directly into an open chat from the inbox when a customer needs to fill it in.

Frequently asked questions
Where do customers fill in the flow?
Inside WhatsApp. The flow opens as a form within the chat, so the customer never has to leave the conversation or open a separate browser.
Can I send the same flow to many customers?
Yes. Once a flow is built you can send it from a conversation or as a step inside a bot, so it's reusable across every contact who needs it.
