WooCommerce Integration
Connect your WooCommerce store to LeadPattern so order events can trigger WhatsApp automations for your customers.
The WooCommerce integration connects your WordPress WooCommerce store to LeadPattern. Once linked, your store's order events can flow into LeadPattern and trigger WhatsApp automations — like a message when an order is placed or its status changes.
Connect your store

Open Integrations
Go to the Integrations page in LeadPattern and choose WooCommerce.

Connect your store
Follow the prompts to link your WooCommerce store to the workspace.

Confirm events arrive
Once connected, WooCommerce sends order events to LeadPattern as they happen.

Build a flow
In Bots & Automation, create a flow that starts from an incoming store event.

Choose the message
Pick the template or message the customer should receive.

Go live
Activate the bot so future orders trigger it automatically.
Troubleshooting the connection
- If events aren't arriving, re-open the Integrations page and confirm the store is still connected.
- Make sure your WooCommerce store can reach LeadPattern so events can be delivered.
