Automate Flow Responses
React automatically when a customer completes a WhatsApp Flow in LeadPattern — send a flow from a bot, then tag, assign or reply based on the submission.
Collecting answers is only half the job — the real value is what happens next. LeadPattern lets you automate the response to a flow so that completing a form kicks off the right follow-up without anyone lifting a finger.
Send a flow from a bot
A bot can send a Flow as a step using the send_flow action. That means a flow isn't
just something an agent sends by hand — it can be part of an automated conversation.

See Conditions & actions for everything a bot step can do.
React to the submission
Once a customer submits, you can respond automatically. Typical follow-ups:
Send a thank-you or confirmation message so the customer knows the form came through.
Tag the contactApply a tag based on what they submitted, so your inbox stays organized.
Save an attributeStore an answer as a custom attribute on the contact for later filtering and segmentation.
Assign an agentRoute the conversation to the right person to follow up — see Assign a chat.
